The hospital director, Dr. Hatem Antar Ibrahim, was concerned with the educational aspect of doctors, so he conducted many educational seminars and lectures, which he supervised himself. He is currently creating an educational program that aims to develop the medical aspect of doctors through the CME program, which will be a starting point from which to reach the world.
Qalwoon hospital is the first eye hospital built in 1284, since that time it is serving ophthalmology service for huge number of population, now it the time for this historical hospital to start scientific activities and training of genior staff to be updated to be qualified ophthalmologist helping and treating the community
